Key points
  • Our new computer system does not change the rules for how you can use your NDIS plan.
  • We have tools and resources to help you use your plan.

Once your NDIS plan is approved, it will be available in your my NDIS participant portal and my NDIS app. Your plan is then ready for you to use to get the supports you need.

Finding providers

You can use our provider finder to look for the providers who deliver the services and supports you need.

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits explains our pricing rules and how much providers can charge for services and supports.

It’s a good idea to make service agreements with your providers so you can both be clear about how you’ve agreed to work together, and what to expect. You can look at the checklist and tip sheets on our website to help you prepare service agreements.

You can learn more about working with providers.

Managing your budget

Our budget calculator can help you understand how much funding you have available and how long you have left in your plan. You can also use the support organiser tool to work out how you might like to manage your supports. These tools may help you work out how much and what kind of support you can buy for the length of your NDIS plan and stay within your budget.
